  1. Right to be informed — to know what data we collect, how we use it, and on what lawful basis. See the Privacy Policy.
  2. Right of access — request a copy of the personal data we hold about you.
  3. Right to rectification — ask us to correct inaccurate or incomplete data.
  4. Right to erasure — ask us to delete your personal data ("right to be forgotten"). You can also delete your account directly from My Account.
  5. Right to restrict processing — ask us to pause use of your data while a query is being investigated.
  6. Right to data portability — receive a copy of your data in a structured, commonly used, machine-readable format.
  7. Right to object — object to processing based on legitimate interests, including profiling.
  8. Rights related to automated decision-making — we do not make decisions about you using solely automated processing.
  9. Right to withdraw consent — where processing is based on your consent, you can withdraw it at any time.

How to Make a Request

Email [email protected] with the request, including:

We respond within one calendar month. We may need to verify your identity first.

Lawful Bases We Rely On

Data Retention

We keep account data while your account is active. Deleted accounts have personal identifiers removed; some round records may be retained in anonymised form so they remain available to other players you've played with.

International Transfers

Where data is processed outside the UK by our service providers, we rely on UK-approved safeguards (such as Standard Contractual Clauses or adequacy decisions).

Complaints

You can complain to the UK Information Commissioner's Office at ico.org.uk or by phone on 0303 123 1113.
