Trump Turnberry

Turnberry · South Ayrshire · KA26 9LT

Scotland

Trump Turnberry sits on the Ayrshire coast near Maidens in South Ayrshire, commanding views across the Firth of Clyde. The resort operates three courses: the Ailsa Course, a links layout designed by Mackenzie Ross and opened in 1951, plays to par 70 over 18 holes; the King Robert the Bruce Course, a more recent addition designed by Martin Ebert and completed in 2016, stretches to par 72 also over 18 holes; and the Arran Course, for which detailed specifications are not currently available. The Ailsa has long been favoured for championship play and remains the property's flagship course.

The resort combines golf with hotel and leisure facilities. Both fully documented courses are links-style tests, reflecting Turnberry's seaside location and exposure to Atlantic conditions. The property underwent significant redevelopment in recent years, reflected in the newer King Robert the Bruce layout.
