Deer Park

Livingston · West Lothian · EH54 8AB

Scotland

Deer Park is an 18-hole parkland course near Livingston in West Lothian, designed by Peter Alliss, Dave Thomas, and Peter Clark and opened in 1978. The course plays to par 72 and represents a collaboration between three prominent figures in golf design during the post-war boom in Scottish course development. The parkland setting offers a different character from the links courses that dominate much of Scotland's golfing landscape.

Located within easy reach of Edinburgh, Deer Park serves the central belt's golfing community. The design reflects the trio's approach to creating playable yet engaging layouts, typical of their work during that era.
