Cradoc Golf Club sits on the outskirts of Brecon in Powys, in the shadow of the Brecon Beacons. The 18-hole course plays to a par of 71 and draws golfers from across mid-Wales and the English border regions. The club occupies Penoyre Park, where elevated views across the valley are a regular feature of a round here.
The membership base includes players making the journey from both sides of the Welsh-English border, testament to its accessible location within striking distance of Hereford and Monmouth to the east. Given its moorland setting at altitude, conditions can vary significantly with the seasons, and wind across the open terrain is a regular factor during winter months.
